The Worst Ecological Threat to Our Planet
In my opinion, the worst ecological threat to our planet is climate change. It is caused mainly by human activity, especially the burning of fossil fuels, deforestation and pollution. As a result, the Earth is getting warmer, and this leads to melting glaciers, rising sea levels, droughts, floods and other dangerous changes in weather.
This threat is very serious because it affects every living thing on the planet. People lose their homes, animals lose their habitats, and plants cannot survive in changing conditions. If we do not act now, the situation will become even worse in the future.
The problem can be solved only if governments, companies and ordinary people work together. We should save energy, use public transport, plant more trees, recycle waste and develop clean sources of energy such as wind and solar power. Laws protecting nature should also be stricter.
I feel deeply worried about this situation because the future of our planet depends on our actions today. We must understand that nature is not endless, and we have to protect it before it is too late.
