A: Have you ever had a journey that didn’t go very well?

B: Yes, I have. Last summer I travelled to Sochi with my family.

A: How did you get there?

B: We chose to go by train because it was cheaper than flying.

A: How did you buy the tickets?

B: We booked them online two weeks before the trip.

A: What went wrong during the journey?

B: First, our train was delayed for several hours. Then our air conditioner stopped working, so it was very hot in the carriage.

A: That sounds awful. Did you get any compensation?

B: Yes, we did. The railway company gave us a small refund for the delay.
