The Smiths wanted to have a beautiful garden with flowers, trees and a neat lawn. Mrs Robinson wrote to the firm and asked them to send her a catalogue of garden furniture, because she thought they sold everything for the garden. The firm probably answered politely that they did not sell furniture, but only plants, seeds and gardening tools. In the end, the misunderstanding was cleared up, and everyone laughed at the funny mistake.
