1b) I’d like to do swimming. It is a very healthy and enjoyable sport. Swimming helps me stay fit, makes my body strong, and gives me a lot of energy. I also like it because it is relaxing and fun.

1c) When I am fifty-five, I would like to do walking. It is a good sport for people of my age because it is safe, easy, and useful for health. Walking will help me keep active and feel good.
