I know that you don’t like technological devices very much, but sometimes it’s difficult to do without them. If you need to use a mobile phone, take the following steps:

1. Press the power button to turn the phone on.
2. Enter the PIN code if it is required.
3. Find the contact you need in the phone book.
4. Press the call button to make a call.
5. To send a message, open the messages menu, type your text and press “Send”.
6. When you finish, press the power button again to turn the phone off.

It is very easy to use once you get used to it.
