We agree with the psychologist’s advice. It is important to listen to other people and try to understand their feelings. If we are polite and open-minded, we can avoid many conflicts and build better relationships. Also, when we respect other opinions, we learn to think more carefully and become more tolerant.

We disagree with the psychologist’s advice. Sometimes it is not easy to follow it in real life. People may be too emotional or too busy to think about other people’s feelings. In some situations, it is better to defend your own opinion strongly, especially if you know you are right.
