situations shown in it.

In the picture, there are two different situations. In the first one, a man is standing near the road and looking at a map. He seems to be lost and is trying to find the right way. In the second one, a woman is helping him and giving directions. She is pointing somewhere, so the man can understand where to go.

The picture shows a common everyday situation when people ask for and give directions. It is polite and useful to help someone who cannot find the way.
