Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the job in your nature reserve which was advertised in the local newspaper. I am very interested in working with nature because I enjoy being outdoors and learning about animals and plants. I am enthusiastic about this job because I would like to help protect the environment and gain useful experience.

I am a reliable and hard-working person. I always do my best and I can work well with other people. Although I have not worked in a nature reserve before, I have helped at a school eco-project and taken part in cleaning up a local park.

Could you please tell me what the working hours are and whether any training is provided?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
Anna Brown
