1 Look at these sentences from the listening text and answer the questions.

2 Complete the rules below about forming the comparative and superlative forms of adjectives.
We use + adjective + to compare two things that arc the same.
If an adjective has only one syllable, we add:
… to form the comparative:
… to form the superlative.
If an adjective has two or more syllables, we usually put the word:
… before the adjective to form the comparative:
… before the adjective to form the superlative.
Some adjectives have irregular forms, good — better — best
