For this speaking task, you should compare and contrast the two photos in a clear order:
- give a brief description of the photos;
- say what they have in common;
- say how they are different;
- say which activity you would prefer;
- explain why.
A possible answer:
Both photos show people learning, but in different ways. In the first photo, a student is studying alone at home, while in the second photo people are learning together in a classroom.
The photos have something in common: in both of them, the people are trying to get knowledge and improve their skills. However, the learning environment is different. One picture shows individual study, and the other shows group learning with a teacher.
I would prefer learning in a classroom, because I can ask questions and get help immediately. Also, it is usually more interesting to study with other people.
