2. Can you put the lines into a poem? Read your poem aloud.
3. Here is the end of the poem. Can you guess the last sentence?
4. Now listen to the original poem. Do you have the same variant?

1) I agree with some of the ideas about love, but I disagree with the ones that say love is always easy and perfect. I also doubt the statements that sound too idealistic.

2) The lines can be arranged into a poem with a clear rhythm and rhyme. Read it aloud to hear the poetic pattern.

3) The last sentence can be guessed from the meaning of the previous lines, but the exact ending may vary.

4) After listening to the original poem, compare your version with the author’s. It may be different.
