In my opinion, parents are right to worry about risky sports like motorcycling, but they should not simply forbid them.
First of all, motorcycling is really dangerous, especially for beginners. According to statistics, road accidents are one of the main causes of injuries among teenagers. A helmet and protective clothes can reduce the risk, but they cannot remove it completely.
On the other hand, many young people are attracted to extreme sports because they want excitement and freedom. If parents explain the dangers and teach their children to be careful, teens can make a more responsible choice. In addition, proper training and safety rules make such sports much safer.
To sum up, risky sports are not for everyone, but they can be acceptable if a teenager is well prepared and follows all safety rules. Parents should guide their children, not just ban everything.
