What sports competitions are held in your school/city/region? Describe one of the sports events. Remember to:

In my school, the most popular sports competition is the annual football tournament. It takes place in September on the school stadium and lasts for three days.
The most spectacular moments are usually the final matches, when the teams play very actively and try to score in the last minutes. The event attracts about 300 spectators: students, teachers and parents.
The main aim of the competition is to encourage students to do sports, develop team spirit and lead a healthy lifestyle. I like this event because it is exciting and brings all the school together. The only thing I dislike is that some matches are too short.
I advise my friends to take part in this competition because it is a great chance to show your skills, make new friends and enjoy the atmosphere.
