Dear Claire,

I have a problem. I find it difficult to manage my time because I always have too much homework and not enough free time. I want to improve my results, but I keep forgetting to plan my day properly.

Could you give me some advice? I need to start organising my work better and stop wasting time on my phone. I’m trying to make a timetable and to follow it every day.
