Air pollution is one of the biggest environmental problems today. It is caused by car exhaust fumes, factory smoke, burning rubbish and other harmful emissions. Polluted air can damage our health, especially our lungs, and make breathing difficult.

At home, we can keep the air clean by opening windows regularly, not smoking indoors, using less aerosol spray and cleaning the house often. It is also important to use energy-saving appliances and avoid burning waste. Houseplants can help improve the air too.

In short, air pollution is dangerous, but we can do a lot to reduce it both outside and at home.
