Hi Tom,

I’ve just bought a new smartphone, but unfortunately it had a problem. I bought it last Saturday because I needed a better phone for school and everyday use. At first, everything seemed fine, but after a few hours the screen started freezing and the battery was running out very quickly.

I was really annoyed, so I took it back to the shop the next day. I explained the problem to the assistant, and they checked the phone. In the end, they agreed to replace it with a new one.

Luckily, the new phone works perfectly now. Have you ever had a similar problem with something you bought?
