Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the poor service I received at your hotel last weekend.

When I arrived, I was told that my room was not ready, although I had booked it in advance. I had to wait for more than an hour before I could check in. In addition, the room was not clean, and the air conditioning did not work properly.

I was also disappointed with the attitude of some of the staff, who were not very helpful when I asked for assistance.

I hope you will look into this matter and take steps to improve your service. I would appreciate a reply.
