I am strongly against keeping exotic animals as pets.

First of all, exotic animals need special living conditions, food and care, so it is very difficult to keep them healthy at home. In addition, many of them suffer because they are taken away from their natural habitat. Is it really fair to make wild animals live in cages just for our pleasure?

Moreover, keeping exotic pets can be dangerous for people, because some animals may be aggressive or carry diseases. If we want to protect animals, we should leave them in the wild and support nature reserves and zoos that care for them properly.

As the saying goes, “Wild animals belong in the wild.”
