The quotation means that music can express feelings very quickly and clearly, without words. It can show joy, sadness, love, hope or loneliness. I agree with this idea because music often helps people understand and share emotions better than speech. For example, when I am happy, I like listening to energetic songs, and when I am upset, calm music makes me feel better.
