I am writing to complain about the service I received at your hotel last weekend. To begin with, the staff were rather disorganised and inefficient. In addition, the air conditioning in my room was not working very well, and the food in the restaurant was disappointing — we did not really like it.

I was also surprised about the poor condition of the room, as I had expected a much higher standard. I hope you will deal with this matter quickly, as I trust I will not have to take this matter further.
