I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling stressed about your exams. First of all, try to make a realistic study plan and divide your work into small parts. It will help you feel more organised and less worried. Also, don’t forget to take short breaks, sleep well and eat properly, because your health is important too.

Another good idea is to practise regularly instead of studying for many hours at once. If you don’t understand something, ask your teacher or classmates for help. Finally, try to stay positive and believe in yourself. You have prepared well, so I’m sure you will do your best.
