Dear Tom,

I am writing to you from the area where everyone has left. It is very quiet now. I can see empty streets, closed houses and abandoned cars. I can hear the wind and sometimes the sound of birds, but there are no people around.

I feel lonely and a little scared, but also calm sometimes because there is no noise and no rush. Everything is different now. The shops are closed, the roads are empty, and the whole place seems strange and unreal.

What is life like in your country now? Are the streets busy or quiet? Do people still go to school and work every day?
