I think GM foods can be useful if they are carefully tested and controlled. They may help produce more food, improve crops, and make food cheaper for people. For example, genetically modified plants can be made stronger and more resistant to pests and bad weather. However, I believe they should be used only when scientists are sure they are safe for human health and the environment. So, in my opinion, GM foods are not dangerous by themselves, but they must be strictly checked before people eat them.
