Dear Sirs,

I am writing to complain about the noise and disturbance caused by a group of young people in our neighbourhood. On Friday evening, 12th May, I was unable to sleep because they were shouting, playing loud music and damaging property near my house.

I called the police, but no one came for a long time. As a result, the situation became even worse and several neighbours were frightened.

At the very least, I deserve an apology in writing, as this incident caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I would also ask you to take proper action to prevent this from happening again.
