To prevent it, people should be more responsible, follow the rules, and respect others. Schools, parents, and the police can also help by explaining the consequences and controlling such behaviour.
2. Heavy fines and other legal measures may reduce anti-social behaviour, but they will not stop it completely. They can work as a warning, but education and good upbringing are also very important.
3. Young people can help by setting a good example, refusing to join in anti-social acts, speaking out against them, and taking part in community projects. They should also respect public places and other people.
