My city is a rather green and beautiful place. There are parks, small forests, a river and several lakes around it. The local landscape is not very mountainous, but it is pleasant and varied: you can see wide streets, quiet residential areas and lovely natural places not far from the centre.

The flora is rich. In the parks and gardens there are many trees, such as birches, maples and pines, as well as flowers and bushes. The fauna is also interesting: you can often see birds, squirrels and sometimes hedgehogs. Near the river there are ducks and other water birds.

For visitors, there are several places of interest. They can walk in the central park, visit the river embankment, go to the local museum or enjoy the view from the hill outside the city. These places are popular with both tourists and local people.

Like many other places, my city has some ecological problems. The main ones are air pollution from cars, litter in public places and the cutting down of trees. I think people should take better care of nature, recycle more and keep the city clean.

My favourite season here is spring. The weather becomes warm and fresh, the trees turn green, and flowers start blooming everywhere. It is the best time for walks in the park and trips to the countryside.
