I share the opinion that leisure should be useful and enjoyable at the same time. In my opinion, the best free time activities help people relax, learn something new, or spend time with friends and family.

For example, I think the most mindless leisure activity is spending hours scrolling through social media without any purpose. It does not help a person develop any skills and often just wastes time.
