Nowadays more and more people are thinking about freelance work as a possible career choice. Some people believe that being a freelancer opens a bigger and brighter future, while others are not so sure.
On the one hand, freelance work has a lot of advantages. First of all, it gives people freedom. They can choose when and where to work, so they can organize their time in a convenient way. Secondly, freelancers often have a chance to do different projects and develop their skills. Besides, if a person is talented and hardworking, he or she can earn more than in a regular office job. Freelancing also allows people to work for clients from different countries, which makes their career more interesting and перспективы wider.
On the other hand, freelance work has some serious disadvantages. A freelancer does not have a fixed salary, so income may be unstable. This can be stressful, especially for young people. In addition, freelancers usually do not get paid holidays, sick leave or other social benefits. Another problem is that they must be very disciplined and responsible, because nobody controls their work every day. Not everyone can work effectively without a boss.
To sum up, freelancing can really open a bright future for some people, but it is not suitable for everybody. It depends on a person’s character, profession and ability to work independently.
