If I could choose, I would live in a big modern city. I think city life is more exciting and comfortable for young people.

First of all, a big city offers many opportunities. There are good schools, universities, libraries, museums, cinemas and sports centres. It is easier to get a good education and find an interesting job in the future. Besides, public transport is usually well developed, so it is convenient to travel around.

Secondly, life in a modern city is never boring. There are always many places to visit, new people to meet and different events to attend. I like the idea of having everything I need close to home.

Of course, city life has some disadvantages, such as noise, traffic and pollution. However, I still prefer a big modern city because it gives more chances for study, work and entertainment.

In conclusion, if I could choose, I would definitely live in a big modern city.
