People become dependent on technology because it makes life easier and faster. We use smartphones to communicate, computers to study and work, and the Internet to get information, shop and entertain ourselves. For example, many people cannot imagine a day without checking messages or social networks.

To become less dependent on technology, people should spend more time outdoors, read books, do sports and communicate face to face. It is also useful to limit screen time and learn to enjoy simple things in life.

To live in harmony with nature means to respect the environment, save natural resources and not harm the planet. It means being responsible for the world around us.
