3. A healthy lifestyle

Advantages: it helps people stay fit, strong and energetic; it prevents many illnesses.

Disadvantages: it takes time and effort; you have to follow rules and give up some bad habits.

4. A busy career-oriented lifestyle

Advantages: it can bring success, money and good opportunities for self-development.

Disadvantages: it is stressful, leaves little free time and may cause tiredness.

I would choose a healthy lifestyle because it helps me feel better, have more energy and stay active for a long time.
