Take it in turns to compare and contrast them. See «How to Deal with Comparing and Contrasting Photos Task” in Learning Strategies for help. Use 1.5 minutes to prepare. You have to speak for 2 minutes. You must cover the points:
1. Briefly describe the pictures.
2. Say in what ways the pictures are similar.
3. Say in what ways the pictures are different.
4. Say which of the ways you would prefer.
5. Explain your choice.

In the first picture, a student is learning at home with a laptop. In the second picture, a group of students is studying together in a classroom. Both pictures show people learning, and in both cases the students are focused on their work.

The pictures are similar because they both show education and active learning. However, they are different in many ways. In the first picture, the student is alone and uses modern technology. In the second picture, the students work in a group and communicate with each other. Also, the first picture shows individual learning, while the second one shows teamwork.

I would prefer learning in a group because it is more interesting and helpful. You can ask questions, discuss difficult points and learn from other people. At the same time, online learning is also convenient, but for me live communication is better.
