1. If a person feels tired all the time, he or she should get more rest, sleep enough and see a doctor if the problem continues.
2. If a person can’t get to sleep, he or she should avoid stress, go to bed at the same time every day and not drink tea or coffee late in the evening.
3. If a person has got a high temperature, he or she should stay in bed, drink plenty of water and call a doctor.
4. If a person has got aching joints, he or she should rest and consult a doctor.
5. If a person has got a sore throat, he or she should drink warm tea, gargle with salt water and avoid cold drinks.
6. If a person’s chest hurts, he or she should tell an adult and see a doctor immediately.
7. If a person has got a bad cough, he or she should drink warm liquids, rest and visit a doctor if necessary.
