I think using mobiles while driving should be prohibited because it is very dangerous. A driver who talks on the phone or writes messages is distracted and may not notice traffic lights, pedestrians or other cars. This can cause serious accidents.

To prevent people from using their mobiles while driving, there should be strict fines and penalties. Also, drivers can be reminded about the danger by road signs, advertisements and safety campaigns. Another good idea is to use hands-free devices only in emergency cases and to keep the phone out of reach while driving.
