Leonardo da Vinci is best known as a great artist, but he was also an outstanding engineer, inventor and scientist. He was born in Italy in 1452. From an early age, Leonardo was interested in nature, machines and how things worked. He studied many subjects and made drawings of flying machines, bridges, weapons and other inventions.

Leonardo is regarded as one of the most creative people in history. Many of his ideas were far ahead of his time. Some of his inventions were never built during his lifetime, but they inspired later engineers and scientists. He also made important contributions to anatomy, mechanics and architecture.

In my opinion, Leonardo da Vinci is one of the most remarkable people in history because he was dedicated to innovative solutions to long-standing problems.
