I find my smartphone very useful because I can call my friends, text them, and quickly find any information I need. I also use the Internet every day for studying and communication.

At the same time, I spend too much time on social media and games. I could be doing my homework, reading books, or spending more time outdoors instead. Sometimes I spend most of my time looking at the screen, and that is bad for me because it makes me tired and distracts me from important things.

If I didn’t have my smartphone, I would probably communicate more in person and have more free time for useful activities. So, modern technologies have both positive and negative effects on me, but I think their positive impact is stronger if I use them wisely.
