People’s lives have changed a lot because of modern devices. People didn’t use to have a telephone 100 years ago. They used to send a letter in an envelope instead. People didn’t use to have a refrigerator, so they used a big piece of ice to keep food cold. They didn’t use to have a computer or a printer, so they used a typewriter instead. Now they use modern devices, and life is much more convenient and fast.
