I agree with this idea. Modern technology makes our life easier, but people should not depend on it too much. It is important to keep a balance between technological progress and a natural way of life.
Three measures that can help people become less dependent on technology:

- Read books, write by hand and communicate face to face more often.
- Limit the time spent on smartphones, computers and social networks.
