I would choose a distance course in English because it is convenient, flexible and useful for my future studies and career.

To report my ideas to the class, I would use a formal register, because it is a school presentation and I need to sound clear, polite and serious.
In my opinion, the best resource for a distance course in English is the one that has clear explanations, enough practice, speaking tasks and feedback from a teacher. Such a course helps students improve their language skills step by step and study at their own pace.
