2. Some dangers of nanomedicine are that nanoparticles may be toxic, may damage healthy cells, and their long-term effects on the human body are still not fully known.

3. Further research is needed because scientists do not yet know enough about the safety and possible side effects of nanomaterials. The text says that more tests and studies are necessary before nanomedicine can be used widely and safely.
