Work in pairs. Discuss your favourite method of communication with friends, with parents and with teachers. What do you have in common? How are you different?

My favourite method of communication is messaging on my phone. I prefer it to other ways because it is quick, easy and convenient. I use it to chat with my friends every day, share news and send photos. But if I want to contact my parents, I usually call them because it is faster and more personal. I also use email to write to my teachers and send homework. But I hardly ever use letters as they take too much time.

With my friends, I usually write short messages and use emojis. With my parents, I speak more politely and often call them. With my teachers, I prefer email because it is more formal. In common, I use all these ways to stay in touch. They are different because I choose them depending on who I am talking to and what I want to say.
