Julia: «I need to use my car to get to work, but the air in our city is so bad already because of the heavy traffic. More and more people are suffering from health problems like chest complaints.»
Max: «I find e-mail very useful but I probably spend too much time every day checking it when I could be doing something else…»
Technology has made people’s lives worse in some ways. Children spend too much time indoors playing computer games instead of playing outdoors with friends. Heavy traffic has made the air in cities worse, and more people suffer from health problems. Also, people often spend too much time checking e-mail instead of doing something more useful.
