Упр.22 Unit 4 2020 ГДЗ Enjoy English 11 класс
Speak for two minutes about the nature in your city or village. Don’t forget to mention:
- local landscape
- the flora and fauna
- the places of interest for a visitor
- the ecological problems
- your favourite season of the year there
My city is quite beautiful and green. The local landscape is a mix of parks, small rivers and wide streets with many trees. In spring and summer, everything looks fresh and bright, while in winter the city becomes quiet and snowy.
The flora here includes birches, maples, pines, flowers in the parks and many kinds of grass. As for fauna, you can often see sparrows, pigeons, crows and sometimes squirrels in the parks. Near the river there are also ducks and other water birds.
For visitors, the most interesting places are the central park, the old square, the museum and the river embankment. People also like to walk along the main street and visit local cafes.
However, there are some ecological problems too. The air is polluted by cars, and some areas are not clean enough because of litter. That is why people should care more about nature and keep the city tidy.
My favourite season here is autumn. The weather is usually mild, the trees are colourful, and it is pleasant to walk in the parks and enjoy the nature.
