Read the quotation. What do you think it means?

“He does not seem to me to be a free man who does not sometimes do nothing.”
Cicero

The quotation means that a truly free person should have the right to rest and do nothing sometimes. Freedom is not only about work and duties, but also about the ability to choose how to spend your time.
