Read the quotation and comment on it.

“He does not seem to me to be a free man who does not sometimes do nothing.”
Cicero

In my opinion, Cicero’s quotation means that a person should not be busy all the time. Sometimes we need to do nothing and just rest, because constant work makes us tired and stressed. Free time helps us think, relax and enjoy life. If a person cannot stop and have a break, he is not really free, because he is controlled by duties and routine. So I agree with Cicero: real freedom includes the right to rest and do nothing sometimes.
