Give a two-minute talk on your hobbies.
Comment on:
- The time you have for hobbies.
- Your favourite hobby / hobbies.
- Why you enjoy it.
- How you started doing it.
- Whether you want to take up something new.
I have quite a lot of hobbies, but I don’t always have much free time for them because of schoolwork. Usually I can spend an hour or two in the evening or at weekends doing what I like.
My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy it because books help me relax and learn new things at the same time. I especially like adventure stories and detective novels, because they are exciting and keep me interested till the very end.
I started reading when I was a little child. At first, my parents read books to me, and later I began reading on my own. Since then, it has become one of my favourite ways to spend free time.
I also like listening to music and playing computer games, but reading is still the best hobby for me. In the future, I would like to take up photography, because I think it is a creative and interesting activity.
