Ingredients: kindness, honesty, trust, respect, support, patience, a sense of humour.

Steps:

1. Be kind and polite to other people.
2. Listen carefully and show interest in your friend’s feelings and opinions.
3. Be honest and keep your promises.
4. Help your friend in difficult situations.
5. Respect your friend’s personality, choices and privacy.
6. Share good moments, laugh together and spend time together.
7. Forgive small mistakes and do not judge too quickly.

Result: a strong and lasting friendship.
