Studying foreign languages can really change a person’s life, and I strongly agree with this statement.
First of all, learning a foreign language gives people more opportunities in education and work. Many international companies need employees who can speak English or other languages. Besides, language skills help students read books, watch films and use information from different countries without translation. This makes learning more interesting and useful.
Secondly, a foreign language helps people communicate with others and understand different cultures. When you can speak to foreigners, it is easier to make friends, travel abroad and feel confident in new situations. In my opinion, this broadens a person’s mind and makes life richer.
Some people think that learning a foreign language is not very important because translation apps can help us. However, I do not agree with this view. A machine can translate words, but it cannot replace real communication, emotions and cultural understanding. Only a person who knows the language can speak naturally and build strong relationships.
To sum up, learning a foreign language can influence one’s life in many positive ways. It opens new doors, develops the mind and helps people connect with the world.
