Упр.60 Unit 1 2020 ГДЗ Enjoy English 11 класс

What examples of globalisation can you see in your everyday life? Think of…

• cafes and restaurants
• goods you buy
• food you eat
• films that you watch
• your own ideas

Make a list of items that are global.

Examples of globalisation in everyday life:

• cafes and restaurants like McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks
• goods I buy, for example, smartphones, clothes, and cosmetics from international brands
• food I eat, such as pizza, burgers, sushi, and pasta
• films and TV shows I watch on Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube
• music from different countries that I listen to online
• popular social media apps used all over the world

These are all global because they are known and used in many countries.
