Now people are absolutely dependent on modern technologies, they will not survive without them.
What is your opinion? How do modern technologies influence one’s life? Write 200—250 words.

Nowadays modern technologies are an important part of our life, and many people think that we cannot live without them. However, this statement is not completely true. In my opinion, technologies make our life easier, but people can still survive without them.
First of all, modern technologies save a lot of time and effort. For example, we can communicate with friends and relatives instantly, find any information on the Internet and do many everyday tasks much faster. Secondly, technologies help people study and work more effectively. Online courses, electronic books and useful apps give us many opportunities for self-development. Finally, modern devices make life more comfortable and convenient.
On the other hand, some people believe that we are absolutely dependent on technologies because they are used in almost every sphere of life. They also say that without smartphones, computers and the Internet it would be very difficult to study, work and keep in touch with other people.
I do not agree with this opinion. It is true that technologies are very useful, but people lived for centuries without them. If necessary, we can adapt to simpler conditions and continue living. Moreover, too much dependence on gadgets can make people less active and more isolated.
To sum up, modern technologies strongly influence our lives and make them easier, but they are not absolutely necessary for survival. They are helpful tools, not something people cannot live without.
